Weight Loss Program 

We use Medifast's 5 & 1 meal plan which limits your daily calorie intake and allows you to lose weight in a safe, effective, medically approved fashion. 

We are currently offering 1-month, 2-month and 3-month packages. All our packages include 22 boxes of Medifast meals per month as well as tools to track your progress as you go as well as discounts on the price of the food.

Medifast Recycling Program

If you have Medifast product that you have purchased that you're not so fond of, you can recycle that product at your local WellnessMart, MD store. We charge a $0.25 service fee per packet
